chi-mir-381: Chi-mir-381 is a type of miRNA that has been studied in various contexts. It is specifically expressed on day one after birth [PMC5087842]. In a study analyzing miRNA expression in the longissimus dorsi muscle of goats, chi-mir-381 was found to be one of the top 10 differentially expressed miRNAs across seven stages [PMC8314457]. It was also abundant throughout the prenatal stages, with its expression peaking after the prenatal stage [PMC5087842]. In another analysis, chi-mir-381 was identified as one of the five highest differentially expressed miRNAs [PMC9956283]. Furthermore, to validate the accuracy of RNA-seq data, chi-mir-381 was selected for qRT-PCR analysis and found to be upregulated in a specific category [PMC9872418]. These findings highlight the importance and dynamic expression pattern of chi-mir-381 in various biological processes.
