hsa-mir-1976: Hsa-mir-1976 is a microRNA that has been implicated in various biological processes and diseases. It has been shown to be involved in the post-transcriptional regulation of RASGRP2 [PMC9936229]. The complementary sequences between RASGRP2 and hsa-mir-1976 have also been identified [PMC9936229]. Hsa-mir-1976 has been found to be associated with diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA), systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and sick sinus syndrome [PMC9259025]. In lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), hsa-mir-1976 has been identified as one of the miRNAs related to the outcome of the disease [PMC8670189]. It has also been found to have a negative association with ARNTL2 [PMC8670189]. Hsa-mir-1976, along with other miRNAs, may provide insights into cellular resistance against viral infection and proliferation in lung epithelial cells or respiratory epithelial cells [PMC9259025]. In colon cancer, hsa-mir-1976 is one of the downregulated miRNAs [PMC8833313]. It is also differentially expressed in patients with ischemic stroke-associated intracranial aneurysms (IA) [PMC9065123]. Furthermore, hsa-mir-1976 has been shown to be involved in exosome release from hepatoma cells treated with camptothecin (CPT) [PMC10135778]. In acute myeloid leukemia (AML), hsa-mir-1976 is identified as a protective factor for survival time of patients [PMC5634225].
